FLAGS 1.0

A flag is a symbol of an institution. It’s most important to have a really cool flag to let other institutions understand that your institution is more cooler than their institutions.

In order to sustain a powerful institution, the institution must have a following of productive people. In order to have productive people, the people must be motivated. So what motivates people? According to D-Mac, who built off A-Mas, people are motivated by three key needs – Achievement, Affiliation, and Power. That sounds like a good start. Poof!

Achievement: Illustrated by the image of the goat standing proud atop a peak with congratulatory star, acknowledging glorious accomplishments.

Affiliation: Illustrated by the grouping of the unique four petal Lysimachia Nemorum platinum medallions, which signifies extraordinary unity with intrinsic malleability for evolution.

Power: Illustrated by the goat horns of hammer and sickle representing strength; and the long distinguished goat beard embodies wisdom.

To top things off, throw in some Latin…
